I completed the SAFe 4 Certified Agilist qualification in 2018. It forms part of my training background in agile delivery, alongside work with cross-functional teams and enterprise platform products.

UXQB Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience - Foundation Level (CPUX-F)
This foundation-level qualification in usability and user experience complements the hands-on UX work in my products. My work on Gymplify and LimmatBuddy brings product decisions, interface design and implementation together.
OCEB 2 - OMG-Certified Expert in BPM 2 - Fundamental
This fundamental-level business process management credential is part of my professional training. My earlier Swisscom work included process redesign, BPMN modelling and improving how operational processes were documented.

I completed Banking & Finance Fundamentals in 2017. This domain qualification accompanies my PostFinance experience in core-banking transformation, including requirements, migration, testing and data quality.

I completed the foundation-level requirements engineering certification in 2017. Requirements work also runs through my career, from the core-banking transformation at PostFinance to shaping platform capabilities at Swisscom.

I earned TOPIK I Level 1 in 2016. My Korean language background also includes time in South Korea and the Koreanji language-learning project; I describe my current level as beginner.
JLPT Certificate of Japanese Language Proficiency (Level N5)
I earned JLPT N5 in 2014, the year of my exchange at Keio University in Tokyo. Starting in 2017, I continued my Japanese studies with several semesters at Migros Klubschule in Bern, taking courses up to A2. My current Japanese level is beginner.
Spanish Intensive Course Certificate (Intermedio)
This certificate records an intensive Spanish course at Intermedio level in Cuzco, Peru, in 2012. My Spanish learning also included intensive classes in Cuba that year, and my current level is conversational.
Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE)
The Cambridge CPE reflects my C2 English proficiency. I’ve worked in English-speaking teams at Zühlke, Swisscom and PostFinance for many years. Living abroad and travelling widely have also made English a natural part of my everyday life.
